A: Absolutely! Although I am a celebrity fitness trainer, that doesn’t mean that you have to have rock-hard chiseled abs or a bodybuilder physique to do Booty Slide. In fact, I developed it precisely for people who want to get back into shape, but don’t know where to start. They just know that their booty needs some TLC, and fast!
Q: DO I NEED EXERCISE EQUIPMENT TO DO BOOTY SLIDE?
A: Nope, your own body weight is all you really need to get started, although if you want to buy a resistance band to add a layer of complexity and greater muscle training to your workout, go for it! You don't need the booties you see me wearing - your own socks are fine for wood/tile floor, and if you're on carpet, you can use plastic plates.
Q: I HATE SQUATS BUT I STILL WANT TO LOOK SEXY. CAN BOOTY SLIDE HELP ME?
A: Absolutely! In fact, Booty Slide is perfect for people who are looking for low-impact exercises that are gentle on the body yet still give you a solid workout you can see and feel.
