21 Daily Lessons
Starting August 1, 2021, you’ll get a new meditation lesson from me every day. Each guided meditation, method and lesson will help you build a daily practice that fits easily into your life. On Day 21 join me LIVE for a guided meditation!

A: Starting August 1, you'll get a new meditation from me every day. I’ll guide you step-by-step through each meditation practice. You'll have a login for an online portal containing a daily meditation from me. You'll need between 15 and 45 minutes to complete the daily meditation.
I'll also send you a daily email during the challenge with a link to that day's meditation and some encouragement.
You can join the private Facebook community to connect with me and other challenge-takers, too.
You'll have access to the content in the portal through August 31, 2021—giving you plenty of time to complete the challenge if you need a few extra days. If you miss a day, don’t sweat it! You can pick up where you left off and catch up fast.
A: Following the 21 days of the challenge, you'll have an additional 10 days of access to the content in the portal (through August 31). A: The 21 lessons will be delivered in the online portal on gabbybernstein.com so you can take the challenge without joining the private Facebook group. Each lesson is delivered as an audio recording from me, so you'll have me guiding you every step of the way.
However, all of the interaction with other challenge participants will take place in the Facebook group and I may also supplement the core lessons with posts. It really depends on your preference: Some people love interacting with other participants on the Facebook group, while others prefer to keep it simple and just stick to having me guiding them daily.
A: Yes! The Meditation Challenge is for all levels, even meditation newbies. I will guide you every step of the way.
A: When you follow my guidance over the 21-day challenge you’ll establish a consistent habit. Daily repetition of new behavior is what creates long-lasting change. Just press play and I’ll guide you every step of the way.
